Summer is just around the corner for the UK which I'm sure you're painfully aware of as you scour the internet for how to do the 5/2 diet. Well if you need a little encouragement to say "be gone delicious carbs!" then why not purchase a very unmodest pair of Aussiebum trunks. If however you want to leave a little more to the imagination and keep a little more in your bank account then I'd recommend a pair from H&M.
